Political Powers

United Federation of Planets 

The Federation is the main political power of which the Horizon is a part of.

The Federation controls the majority of the Alpha quadrant with the majority of the races from both Alpha and Beta quadrants members of it.

Klingon Empire 

The Klingon Empire are on a neutral terms with the Federation though things are rumoured to kick off again, just as always the Empire like to do things their own way, the way of the warrior.

Romulan Star Empire 

Romulans proven to be from Vulcan origins, do not follow the teachings of Vulcans. They are currently in alliance with the Federation due to the Klingons being uneasy and a dominant Borg threat that is clearly building.

Cardassian Union 

The Cardassians are on unfriendly terms with both the Romulan Empire and the Federation. A war very well may break out if political issues are not matched.

Ferengi Alliance 

The Ferengi are as always up to their tricks. Though lately Federation ships have been assigned to protect MSRs (Main supply routes) as the Cardassians have began making ambushes.

Borg Collective 

The Borg Have increased activity in the area and more ships are spotted on long range sensors of Deep Space Stations and Deep Space Patrols.

It is unclear the immediate intentions of the Borg though things look unstable.
